Ordering & Terms

Lead Times :

Most items are made at time of ordering. Please allow 3-6 week production and shipping time based on availability. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on the delivery time of your order.
Please note that the Express shipping charge only applies to the shipping portion of your order. Your order may still take between 3-6 weeks production time. If you need your order rushed, you must pay the production rush charge and most times the express shipping charge also.

ALL PRODUCTION RUSH ORDERS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND MUST HAVE APPROVAL PRIOR TO ORDERING.

* Production Rush $25.00 per item. Rush orders are only available upon
availability and must have approval before ordering. Please contact us here if you would like to request a rush on your order. customer@enigmafashions.com

Payment Terms :

Enigma Fashions accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and money orders US funds only. All prices are shown in United States Dollars. We use Paypal for our transactions both domestic and international

* When ordering custom and/or rush: Please be aware that the additional fees will be collected from you after initial check out. An email will be sent to you after check out to collect balance for your order once your order has been reviewed. Please also note that your order will not start production until the full payment is collected.

Shipping :

• US customers: Charges will be determined at check out based on your order.
• International customers: Shipping $25 (for 1st item and $10 for each additional items). If paying by money order please include in your payment to avoid delays.
If paying by paypal (confirmed users only) charges will be determined at check out.

International :

We accept international orders with Paypal payment to confirmed users only. If you are not a CONFIRMED USER, your order will be delayed for an additional 2 weeks as payment clears and charges are verified.

If you wish to pay with an international money order payment must be sent with a copy of your orderform. Please select money order payment option when checking out from shopping cart. Please send payment with order to: Enigma Fashions. 1500 Melrose Ave. Chula Vista, Ca 91911. USA. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
NOTE: Please be aware of the import tax/fee for your country. Enigma Fashions has no control over the fee you will pay if any for importing our product.

Return/Exhange :
Enigma Fashions will gladly do a refund, exchange, or credit on any unworn clothing item for any reason within 10 working days of receiving your order.
This excludes customized orders. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for customized orders. If there is a problem with a customized item please contact us immediately. Problems will be dealt with on an individual basis.
All returns must be sent prepaid
Refund, exchange, or credit is on merchandise only. Excludes shipping and handling charges or any extra charges that may pertain to your order
