This excludes customized orders. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for customized orders. If there is a problem with a customized item please contact us immediately. Problems will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Return/Exchange Procedure:
All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Please email customer@enigmafashions.com for Return Authorization Number along with your reason for return or exchange. Please note that if your return/exchange is sent without the RA number your shipment will not be accepted. This is strictly enforced!
